Publisher Live Wire announced in a blog post on Wednesday that the Switch release of Cave’s Mushihimesama will be delisted from the eShop on August 10th. Expired licensing with the legendary bullet hell studio is to blame leaving Steam as the only current platform where you’ll be able to pick up the game after August
SYNCED shutting down on September 9th
Level Infinite/Proxima Beta announced back on Monday that free-to-play co-op shooter, SYNCED, will be shutting down on September 9th. Although the game can still be downloaded today on Steam and the Epic Games Store the announcement states that new account registrations and in-app purchases have already been disabled. Naraka: Bladepoint shutting down on Xbox One on August 28th
24 Entertainment and NetEase announced last week that they will be retiring the beleaguered Xbox One version of Naraka: Bladepoint at the end of August. New users can still sign up for the Xbox One version until the shutdown on August 28th but they won’t be eligible for the transition gifts mentioned for pre-existing players.
Older Battlefield titles (and their DLC) to be delisted July 31st ahead of service sunsetting in November
We had already heard earlier this month that three older Battlefield titles would be losing their online services this November on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. Space-based shooter Boundary set to go offline at the end of the month amid dispute
Surgical Scalpels’ space-based astronaut shooter, Boundary, is poised to disappear from Steam in just a few days at the “end of June” amid a developer/publisher disagreement.
