Mech City Brawl delisted on consoles, online play reportedly shut down, still available on Steam for now
The team at The Balance announced on September 29th that Override: Mech City Brawl would shut down and be removed from sale “in the near future”. Neon Exile shuts down September 30th alongside GameSparks service
Another casualty from the shutdown of GameSparks online services has appeared and this time it’s Neon Exile. The self-proclaimed ‘persistent open world VR MMO’ launched in 2019 but the team is unable to transition the backend infrastructure from GameSparks to a contemporary service and will remove it from Steam at the end of the month.
