Delisting

Warface: Breakout was delisted the 30th of April 2024 on all platforms, originally announced via a post on the game’s Official Website on November 1st 2023.
No official reason for the delisting has yet been provided.

Hi friends!

Warface: Breakout will shut down on April 30th, 2024, meaning that the game servers will be closed, and the title will no longer be available on PlayStation and Microsoft Stores. Meanwhile, all the paid DLCs have been removed. You’ll be able to continue playing the title until April 30th, 2024.

Several editions of the game and denominations of virtual currency were available for purchase while the game was in active development/operation, but these were all stated to be removed on the date of the shutdown announcement (Nov 1st 22) leaving only the base game purchasable in theory – but it was discovered on the UK PSN store at least, the “Ultimate Edition” was also left up to buy during the period before the delisting took place.

The game was only released for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One systems, with no PC version ever commercially available and the nature of this being a paid online multiplayer only game, a return to a playable state or full preservation of the software will be extremely unlikely.
