Delisting
Based on conversations on the US PlayStation forums, Q*bert was delisted sometime in May of 2010. It is often mentioned alongside the 14 Midway Games titles delisted in 2010 but Q*bert is unrelated. The game was originally developed by Gottlieb which was purchased by Columbia Pictures who was acquired by Sony in 1989. The Q*bert IP has remained under Columbia Pictures ever since. Exactly why Q*bert was removed is currently unknown but it could have been a licensing issue between Columbia Pictures and Sony Online Entertainment.
A port of the original Q*bert is included in the modern release, Q*bert: Rebooted available on all console, PC and mobile platforms.
