UPDATE [05/23/19]: Telltale’s Bone titles and Tales from the Borderlands have already been removed from Steam today.
GOG.com Team member Chandra broke the bad news in a forum post this morning that all remaining Telltale Games titles will be removed from the DRM-free service next Monday, May 27th. The below titles will be joining other Telltale releases that have already been delisted including Back to the Future, Game of Thrones, Tales of Monkey Island, and many more.
Sadly, we need to inform you that, due to company’s closure, all the remaining Telltale titles will be delisted from our catalog on Monday, May 27, 10am UTC.
The titles are as follows: the Wolf Among Us, Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy, Hector: Badge of Carnage, the Batman series, Sam & Max series, Puzzle Agent series, Tales from the Borderlands, and Strong Bad’s Cool Game for Attractive People.
For everyone who purchased any of said titles prior to delisting, the games will remain in their GOG library.
While these games are currently still available on Steam and console platforms, they probably won’t be around for much longer. Grab them while you can if you’d like to have a digital copy, or keep them around a bit longer with one of the disc-based console releases.
Thanks to @MrFortyFive for pointing this one out on Twitter. I’ve added the date to the Watch List calendar and I’ll begin the work on game pages for each title as they roll off into the sunset.
