Sony Europe has updated their game servers support page with details on some global changes to several first-party titles. Along with the previously announced retirement of The Tomorrow Children the page also confirms that PlayStation 4 exclusive, Kill Strain, will now shut down on December 18th after its previous deadline of June 1st was somehow extended. No explanation for the extension was given in this update.
According to the support page, the titles below will remain available for purchase for the time being (MLB 15 aside) but their online features are to be retired. These dates are the same for European and North American territories.

MLB 15’s online features may be retiring soon but in writing up this post I found it was no longer available for sale on the PlayStation Store for any platform. Dates are added to the calendar and pages for Kill Strain and MLB 15 will soon be on the site.
