|Delisting||March 31, 2021|
Super Mario 3D All-Stars was delisted on Nintendo Switch on March 31st, 2021. That deadline date was confirmed alongside the announcement of the game on September 3rd, 2020 as part of the 35th Anniversary of the original Super Mario Bros. According to Nintendo’s Doug Bowser the limited-time availability was intended as a “unique and different way” to celebrate the anniversary period. Super Mario 3D All-Stars remains available on physical media for Nintendo Switch. Nintendo has also stressed that owners of the digital version of the game will still be able to re-download the title in the future and that download codes purchased after March 31st can still be redeemed for a copy of the game.
