Rocksmith 2014 will be delisted from Steam, Playstation, and Xbox on October 23rd, 2023, which is the 10th anniversary of its original launch. The delisting is almost certainly due to expiring music rights. DLC for the game will be delisted over time likely for the same reason. The original game remains available on physical media.
About the Game
Rocksmith 2014 is a music video game which allows players to plug in virtually any electric guitar or bass guitar via the use of a USB adapter – removing the need for any proprietary controller like other music games. The game comes with 66 songs on disk, with over a thousand more available to download as paid DLC.
