Metal Gear Solid V for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 loses online features May 2022

Konami announced today that online services for Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain and its accompanying Metal Gear Online mode will be shut down for older platforms in 2022. The PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 releases will lose online features including the full multiplayer Metal Gear Online mode and the multiplayer aspects of Mother Base.
