Merv Griffin’s Crosswords was delisted from Xbox 360 in November of 2012 according to reporting by TrueAchievements.com. The game may have been delisted as part of THQ’s bankruptcy that occurred in December of 2012 or due to expired licensing of the Merv Griffin IP. The game remains available on physical media for Nintendo Wii and PC.
