The Madden Team
Madden 17 is clearly the 2016 release in the flagship series but I had to look up NFL Blitz. It was quite a bit older, a digital-only arcade-style title for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 released in 2012 and capitalizing on Midway’s even older ‘NFL Blitz’ style. Unfortunately, it looks like the game may have just been delisted a couple of weeks ago, possibly alongside this announcement. Only existing owners can attempt to play the game online until December.
Thanks to Wakayama_PT for submitting the news, I’ve also added the date to the Watch List calendar.
