Delisting
Just Sing was delisted on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One no later than April 2nd, 2018. Alongside the delisting Ubisoft announced that online features and downloadable content for the game would be disabled on June 29th, 2018.
We are sorry to announce that, as of June 29th, 2018, online features in Just Sing will be permanently disabled. This means that you will still be able to play songs from the base game and save your performances locally, but access to additional song packs and online features will not be possible anymore. If you purchased additional song packs online, please contact the Ubisoft Support team below before June 29, 2018 for compensation information.

It appears that Just Sing’s downloadable song packs were integrated into the game in a way that shutting down online services resulted in these extra songs becoming unplayable. Offering compensation on DLC purchases is a rarely seen move and possibly an unforeseen consequence of the decision to shut down the game’s online features.
At some point after June 2018 the Just Sing Companion App for Android and iOS mobile devices was also delisted. Although it was touted as an exciting new way to play, it is still possible to use USB cameras and microphones with the game.
