[UPDATE 07/12/24] The Xbox Wire page was updated on July 10th with a correction that “we removed Space Invaders Infinity Gene from the lists below. It was incorrectly included”. It was updated again on July 12th with another correction “we removed Bionic Commando Rearmed 2 from the lists below — it was included in error”. I’ve updated it in the table
[UPDATE 06/26/24] The table has been updated as at least 4 titles are now working properly (Frogger: Hyper Arcade Edition, LEGO Harry Potter, Harry Potter for Kinect, Voodoo Dice). There are various issues with the remaining titles, now noted in the table. Thanks n64ra for pointing out the changes! TrueAchievements also spotted 7 Xbox 360 titles from Activision that are now on sale. Here are the links to those:
- Big League Sports
- Blood Drive
- GUN
- Prototype
- Prototype 2
- Singularity
- The Legend of Spyro: Dawn of the Dragon
[UPDATE 06/19/24] Ok, now it’s official. The Xbox Wire post has been updated and even addresses the titles we noted earlier today. “We’re aware that a few games are still not showing the correct price or are not showing on the Store,” reads the latest update. Further investigation is promised and since all titles are expected to be available and on sale I’m going to simply leave them bolded in the table below.
[UPDATE 06/19/24] As of Wednesday morning the Xbox Wire post that briefly included the list of titles below remains unchanged. The list disappeared shortly after it went live on Tuesday with a note last updated at the end of the day stating “We’re still currently working on updating and verifying the list for publication. Thanks for your patience”. Nevertheless, the discounted prices are live on the Marketplace despite Microsoft not having made it official yet.
We received a few mentions throughout the evening that some games have seemingly been pulled from the store or that they aren’t available in certain regions. Checking them all this morning has revealed that a few titles aren’t actually on sale and a scattershot handful of others are currently not available at all. Take a look at the updated table below for any special cases.
I’d also like to say thanks to everyone in the comments for the lengthy recommendations and discussion.
As promised, Microsoft is back today with another round of Xbox 360 Marketplace discounts that are said to be permanent until the service is shut down on July 29th. The new list includes an additional 90 games from publishers like Capcom, Electronic Arts, Ubisoft, Warner Bros., Konami, Square Enix, and many more. There’s plenty to see and one more round of discounts yet to be announced on July 16th. Take a look in the updated list below but be aware that not all add-on content may be so easy to obtain after purchasing it.
