Warner Bros. returning ownership of some soon-to-be-delisted Adult Swim titles

[UPDATE 05/11/24] Super Mega Team has also followed up on Twitter confirming that Rise & Shine is also going to be back in their hands

It’s been about two months since developers behind several Adult Swim published titles began sharing that their games were going to be delisted with seemingly no recourse. Now on the cusp of the 60 day notice that Warner Bros. provided before the games were set to begin delisting at least a few developers are confirming that their games will return to their control. Both Owen Deery, developer of Small Radios Big Televisions, and Landon Podbielski, developer of Duck Game, have confirmed that the wheels are turning and that ownership of their titles will soon be transferred out of Adult Swim’s hands.

duck game is safe!! more details soon but the email from warner finally came. the game is being returned to corptron along with it’s store pages on all platforms, it’s not going anywhere. thank you everyone… hoping everyone else got the same email.

So far we haven’t seen similar notices from any other related developers but hopefully in time that will change. We’ll update this post as things happen but until then it can only be assumed that the remaining titles may still be delisted soon. If the developer has since ceased operating or a deal is taking longer to complete we may see some of these games disappear, hopefully only temporarily. Here’s an updated list:

Thanks to everyone who pointed out the news on this.
