Delisting

NIS America announced on social media on June 8, 2023 that several of their published titles licensed from Kadokawa Games would be leaving digital storefronts over the span of several months.

The following games will no longer be available on Nintendo eShop and PSN for both US and EU regions, starting at the indicated dates:

  • Demon Gaze (PS Vita) – June 11, 2023
  • GOD WARS: Future Past (PS4, PS Vita) – June 15, 2023
  • The Lost Child (PS4, PS Vita, Nintendo Switch) – June 18, 2023
  • GOD WARS: The Complete Legend (Nintendo Switch) – August 20, 2023
  • NAtURAL DOCtRINE (PS3, PS4, PS Vita) – September 29, 2023
  • Demon Gaze II (PS4, PS Vita) – November 13, 2023
– NIS America

The Lost Child was delisted as announced on PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch on June 18th, 2023; the PlayStation Vita version remains available for sale as of this writing.

No reason was given for these delistings, but all listed titles are currently owned by Dragami Games, who took over Japanese publishing rights to the games in July 2022 after Kadokawa Games consolidated their operations. It is likely that these changes in rights led to the end of publishing terms between Dragami Games and NIS America.
