Delisting
XGen Studios announced on October 27th, 2022 that Stick Arena on Steam as well as Stick Arena Classic and Stick Arena Dimensions hosted on their own site would be shut down on November 30th:
With great sadness, today, we announce that November 30, 2022, will be the last day that XGen hosts the servers for the Stick Arena game and these community forums. As a result, both the forum and the game will no longer be supported by XGen and will be sunsetting. It was not an easy decision for the few XGen team members; however, as the company’s revenues and operations continue to slow down immensely, we have had to make this difficult decision.
We want to thank all the XGen fans for so many years of commitment and enjoyment to the Stick Arena game and community. However, a thank you is not truly sufficient for the support this community has shown the XGen team for many years and through some difficult times.
The XGen team will forever cherish the endless memories this community has given us and the many years we got to work at our dream jobs, making games we wish existed; for now, goodbye, Stick Arena community!
XGen Studios’ other titles, Motherload, Super Motherload, Defend Your Castle, Stick RPG Series, will continue to run on website and partnered platforms

The cause for the shutdowns are likely related to the deprecation of Flash for web-based games, the need to consolidate resources within XGen Studios, and the low number of daily active players over the past several years, at least relating to the Steam release.
About the Game
Stick Arena Dimensions is the latest and greatest of the epic classic multiplayer Stick Arena by XGen Studios.
Controlling a single stickman, you must compete against other players in intense online deathmatches. Starting armed with nothing but your bare hands you must explore the levels and collect new weapons to take down your opponents with The Flamethrower, Chain Gun or Railgun or even kick it old school with the original AK-47, Shotgun or sledgehammer. Please note some of these weapons require micro-transaction purchases and will not be available in the free version of the game.
Moving around levels and attempting to destroy other players through kills, the winner becomes the player with the most kills in the allotted time. You can join a game anytime and start fighting!
The graphics are retro, and the gameplay is intense, you won’t want to quit until you are the first place on the leaderboard!
