Milkcraft Studio announced last Friday that their “multiplayer RPG social sandbox” Milkcraft will be shutting down on November 20th, 2024. The game was last updated in 2021 shortly after its release and has seen fewer than 50 active daily players ever since. In-game purchases have already been disabled but for anyone curious the free-to-play title remains available on Steam for now.
After three years of incredible adventures and unforgettable memories, it is with a heavy heart that we announce the closure of Milkcraft. The game servers will be permanently shut down on 2024-11-20, and all game-related services will cease.
This decision was not made lightly, and we are deeply grateful for the support and passion you’ve shown over the years. Your dedication and enthusiasm have made Milkcraft a truly special experience for players and developers alike.
Starting today, we will be disabling the purchase of in-game currency/items. Players will still be able to enjoy the game until the shutdown date, and we encourage you to spend any remaining in-game currency before that time.
We understand that this news may be disappointing, and we share in that sentiment. Thank you for being part of the Milkcraft journey. We hope to see you again in future adventures.
