Delisting
SMOBILE’s Oktoberfest-themed arcade/action titles for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 — Oktoberfest Break, Head to Head, Run, and Fun — were delisted no later than January 14th, 2023. This is the date that the studio replied to a comment on Twitter stating only that “they are no longer available. Sorry”.
Though not confirmed by SMOBLIE, many have speculated that the games were removed due to their use of the name Oktoberfest which is a registered trademark of the Club of Munich Brewers, a consortium of six long-established German breweries. It is possible that the games flew under the radar until 2023 when, with eight Oktoberfest games now available on two different PlayStation consoles, someone at the Club of Munich Brewers finally noticed. Lending credence to this theory is the fact that all of SMOBILE’s other Run, Fun, and Break titles remain available on the PlayStation Store as of June 2024.

Oktoberfest Break is an arcade game that lets the user knock out horror themed items with a unique Oktoberfest themed paddle and ball. Unique Animated levels, Mini-Bosses and Powerups to collect as you progress through the levels. Thirty Levels to compete in and battle mini bosses on your way to victory.
