Backgammon Blitz was relisted on Steam on June 1st, 2020. The game’s Steam store page remains unchanged and VooFoo Studios has made no public mention about the reason for the relisting or the original delisting.

Delisting

Backgammon Blitz was delisted from Steam on February 4th, 2020 when its price was set to $0.00. The game’s Steam Store page was updated with the notice: At the request of the publisher, Backgammon Blitz is no longer available for sale on Steam.

The Steam version of the game featured an exclusive table designed by Alexandra Llewellyn and the game also carried a copyright from Backgammon Ltd. In December of 2019 the Steam version was updated to remove the tag for ‘Multiplayer’. The delisting could be related to expired licensing or the loss of online multiplayer which was among the game’s key features. As of this writing the game remains available with online features on PlayStation platforms as published by The Fyzz Facility.
