Delisting
After ending development a few months prior, Pipeworks Software announced on September 04, 2014 that World Series of Poker: Full House Pro would be shut down on March 4th, 2015. In preparation, sales of Gold would be discontinued and the game would be delisted on Xbox 360 and Windows that day. WSOP: Full House Pro Team’s announcement follows:
Hi all,
We announced in May of this year that WSOP: Full House Pro had entered its support phase, meaning no new content would be added to the game. Now, we’d like to address the rest of the game’s life.
WSOP: Full House Pro will close March 4, 2015. On that day, the service will cease to function, and no further games can be played. The servers will be taken offline, and no features of the game or the game service will work without the servers. Until that date, WSOP: Full House Pro will continue to fully function just as it does now, with one exception: after September 3rd, 2014, users will no longer be able to purchase Gold in the marketplace, and you’ll need to spend your Gold before March 4, 2015.
There are still plenty of players out there, from diehard veterans to people who just joined last month. Plus, there are lots of people who downloaded this game since launch who have wandered off in the meantime. Reach out to them! They can come back, see all the new content released since they last logged on, and play with us all.
