Stop me if this sounds familiar. Just like yesterday’s G.I. Joe news, GameMill has made a surprisingly brief post on Steam to announce that NERF Legends and its DLC “will be removed from sale on December 31, 2024”. This is the second delisting that the publisher has announced relating to a Hasbro licensed title but fortunately it appears to be their last one.
Unlike G.I. Joe, NERF Legends does have online play and some Achievements tied to multiplayer modes. It’s unclear if the servers will also be shutting down on December 31st or if the Achievements can still be unlocked in local multiplayer sessions. If you’re interested though, you might want to hop into the online modes before the end of the year. Here’s the rundown on where to grab it and when the sales end:
- PlayStation 4 – Sale ends Nov. 14
- Steam – Sale ends Nov. 21
- Nintendo Switch – Sale ends Nov. 21 (only base game on sale)
- Xbox One – NOT on sale as of this writing
