Delisting
Susume Tactics was most likely delisted from the North American PlayStation Store in June of 2013. Around that time, the game’s publisher, TOSE Software USA, was dissolved following a round of corporate restructuring. With no entity remaining to support the game, it was removed from sale.
The game remains available in Japan, where it is self-published by the developer, RIZ.
