Publisher MY.GAMES posted an announcement across their official website and social media accounts that their internally developed spinoff of Crytek game Warface – Warface Breakout will be decommissioned in its entirety on the PS4 and Xbox stores. The entire post is as follows:
Hi friends!
Warface: Breakout will shut down on April 30th, 2024, meaning that the game servers will be closed, and the title will no longer be available on PlayStation and Microsoft Stores. Meanwhile, all the paid DLCs have been removed. You’ll be able to continue playing the title until April 30th, 2024.

Seemingly no reason or motive for the shutdown was stated or discussed in any announcement by the developers, but due to the nature of the title’s format being a paid online only PvP game, it’s possible that a dwindling player base will have entirely contributed to this scenario.
