Downtown Texas Hold ‘Em was delisted from the Nintendo 3DS eShop on June 14, 2022. The delisting came amongst a broad removal of EA’s DSiWare titles, and suggests that EA’s contract to publish on the Nintendo 3DS eShop had expired.
